Finally fixed the stupid photobucket problem! Had so much problem getting the photos onto my blog zzz!

Went to Prive for dinner with Jermy! Under Joshua's recommendation haha! According to Joshua, it serves the BEST all day breakfast (after that he admitted that he had only been to 2 places for all day breakfast before)

Anyway, being big fans of all day breakfast, Jermy and I decided to try the place out

BUT!! Disappointing enough, when we arrived there, we were informed that all day breakfast ended at 5pm SIGH!!!

But still, we decided to try the rest of their menu. For soup, we had prawn bisque with ravioli. Sounds super interesting! First time I tried ravioli in soup! But turns out to be super hard and disappointing ravioli.. But the soup is not bad
Mini wagyu burger. Have I told anyone that I LOVE arugula?? too bad the wagyu burger is a bit too oily
But not as oily as this ramlee burger! Just a slight pressure on the patty and all the oil came oozing out. Ewww!! Couldn't even finish half of the burger!
This is Jermy's main - Chilli Crab Linguine. A better choice than my wagyu burger
A disappointing dinner, at a duper expensive cost of $120! But just the view and the ambience is enticing enough to draw me back for a second try for their all day breakfast. Hopefully its not as disappointing as their dinner menu
Nice bridge leading to the place. Saw a few couples walking along the bridge and just enjoying the night breeze :)

Next try - Ambush at Bishan Junction 8
Very cheap compared to Prive (we paid around $40 for the whole meal), but so much better in terms of food quality! LOOVVEEE the sausages!!! Especially with the sauce and mustard OMT
Rosti was overcooked and too oily. The crispy part was a bit bitter

Ambush Paella. Personally I like Paella a bit more dry, but the Paella served here is almost like Risotto. Still, it tastes good!

Had a baking session with mommy! :))

The past few attempts at pandan cake proved to be disastrous as the bloody cake just couldn't stay upside down IN the baking container!! GRR!! Somehow it just drops out halfway through cooling sigh.. Undaunted, we decided to try again!!!!

In progress. Mommy says the egg white must be beaten until "even if you put the bowl upside down, the egg white will not fall off". Okie dokie! half an hour of holding the damned beater!

And... TADAHHHH!!!!

One small hole there cos I was trying my own product haha!! okay and the stupid cake STILL FELL OFF!!! WHY!!?!?!? My sister-in-law said my oven wasn't hot enough. Sigh... Maybe next time I'll put super high temperature, and we'll see how!!!

Anyway, it's still edible OK! and it tastes NICE!! abit moist on the bottom cos the chiffon cake sort of got compressed together after it fell off, but the top part is still up to standard hor

After the first attempt, I was waiting for pig jermy to come and bake brownies together, but he took a long time cutting his hair! soo.... I went on baking without him

Looks like shit, but tastes HEAVENLY!! and surprisingly, I got the recipe off the net, and it tastes SUPER NICE SIA!! I think I can start a brownie business liao seriously HAHAHA

OK why it looks like this is cos I forgot to buy baking parchment, and the brownie stuck on to the pan LOL!!! aiyaaa not much difference la! I'll still have to chop it up into pieces anyway!! LOL!!!

So that was yesterday, and today...... I had diarrhoea... OMG!! Don't tell me.... hmmm.... Let's see what happens to Eve when she eats my cake tomorrow LOL!! Not gonna tell her I LS-ed first HAHA!

Sent the 2 ladies off at the airport today, cos.... they'll be going to US for 3 months!! *sob sob!!* And as usual, kelly that kok lost her very important thing - her e-ticket!!! so there was quite a big hoohah as kelly tried to find her missing e-ticket and guess where she found it! - in the toilet!!!

After all the chaos, finally... she managed to check in her luggage, and... it's time for both of them to board the plane! *WEEE!!*

So~ we happily sent them off and turned around and PARTEHHH!!!! haha no laaa we are infamous crybabies leh! of course we won't be able to contain our tears haha!! Ok la, just 99 days right, it'll be over in a blink of an eye!! Before we know it, we'll be meeting in Taiwan already!!! Yup we're gonna go on a trip to Taiwan!!! Just thinking about it is enough to lift my mood!! Can't wait to see you babies over there!!! Before that, take good care of yourselves k!! Keep in touch through whatsapp!!! Love and miss you's~

Hello peeps!

it's me agaiiinnnn!! XD

How has it been? I've been... super busy!!! Going out I mean hahaha!!! I just can't seem to find the time to blog!!!

Been meeting up with my loves VERY frequently recently haha!

Okay as the header said, on my xxTH's birthday, my loves celebrated the day with me~~!!!

That day was totally..... SUAY

The stupid guy made us WALK in our HEELS for 15min to this nice place for lunch, only to realise that the place is CLOSED!!! So no choice... we googled for nice restaurants nearby, and finally found one place... walked there for another 5 min... and that place too is CLOSED!!! WTHHHH!!!!!!

In this end we settled down in this cosy little Irish pub for lunch

What I've Been Up To!!!

Hello friends!!!

what have you guys been up to???

I've been having fun!! :)) Ok la occasional emo tweets, but that doesn't mean that my life sucked! HAHA!

Ok just a short update on the happenings!!

We joined the Ambassador Hunt!!! It's just like treasure hunt race or something haha!! The first time we joined the SMRT hunt, we lost terribly!! But we aren't gonna let that happen this time round!!! Oh ya that's our team name - Laoda's Team MUAHAHA
In the end Laoda couldn't make it, so we roped youyou in haha!

And we got FIRST!!! Super unexpected and super high HAHAHA
So we went out for celebration dinner at Greenwood Fish Market and Bistro - Using our prize money HEHE

Then it was nearing D&D time!!! For this year, we had to come up with a D&D video muahaha!! So spent quite some time coming up with the script, then filming and editting the video. Super tiring work, but fun!!!

OMG when was the last time I blogged??

It's been so long such that... Blogger . com is no longer even in my history!!

Well... besides being lazy, it's because I've been sleeping super early everyday haha!!

And I miss my cousinsssss!! I haven't seen them in ages!!! Weiii come waipo house leh!! Everytime only I'm there leh!! So much so that even baby nattie also not scared of me liaooo haha!!

But we'll have the DESARU trip to look forward to!!!! I know la nothing much to do there haha!! I wasn't very keen on going initially, but the thought of being able to go somewhere with the whole family is damn cool!! Like when was the last time we did that!!

Soooo~!! everyone, charge up your Nintendo DS!! We'll have a mario kart tournament during the few hours bus trip there hahaha!!!

Marriage

When I got home that night as my wife served dinner, I held her hand and said, I've got something to tell you. She sat down and ate quietly. Again I observed the hurt in her eyes.

Suddenly I didn't know how to open my mouth. But I had to let her know what I was thinking. I want a divorce. I raised the topic calmly.

She didn't seem to be annoyed by my words, instead she asked me softly, why?

I avoided her question. This made her angry. She threw away the chopsticks and shouted at me, you are not a man! That night, we didn't talk to each other. She was weeping. I knew she wanted to find out what had happened to our marriage. But I could hardly give her a satisfactory answer; she had lost my heart to Jane. I didn't love her anymore. I just pitied her!

With a deep sense of guilt, I drafted a divorce agreement which stated that she could own our house, our car, and 30% stake of my company.

She glanced at it and then tore it into pieces. The woman who had spent ten years of her life with me had become a stranger. I felt sorry for her wasted time, resources and energy but I could not take back what I had said for I loved Jane so dearly. Finally she cried loudly in front of me, which was what I had expected to see. To me her cry was actually a kind of release. The idea of divorce which had obsessed me for several weeks seemed to be firmer and clearer now.

The next day, I came back home very late and found her writing something at the table. I didn't have supper but went straight to sleep and fell asleep very fast because I was tired after an eventful day with Jane.

When I woke up, she was still there at the table writing. I just did not care so I turned over and was asleep again.

In the morning she presented her divorce conditions: she didn't want anything from me, but needed a month's notice before the divorce. She requested that in that one month we both struggle to live as normal a life as possible. Her reasons were simple: our son had his exams in a month's time and she didn't want to disrupt him with our broken marriage.

This was agreeable to me. But she had something more, she asked me to recall how I had carried her into out bridal room on our wedding day.

She requested that every day for the month's duration I carry her out of our bedroom to the front door ever morning. I thought she was going crazy. Just to make our last days together bearable I accepted her odd request.

I told Jane about my wife's divorce conditions. . She laughed loudly and thought it was absurd. No matter what tricks she applies, she has to face the divorce, she said scornfully.

My wife and I hadn't had any body contact since my divorce intention was explicitly expressed. So when I carried her out on the first day, we both appeared clumsy. Our son clapped behind us, daddy is holding mommy in his arms. His words brought me a sense of pain. From the bedroom to the sitting room, then to the door, I walked over ten meters with her in my arms. She closed her eyes and said softly; don't tell our son about the divorce. I nodded, feeling somewhat upset. I put her down outside
the door. She went to wait for the bus to work. I drove alone to the office.

On the second day, both of us acted much more easily. She leaned on my chest. I could smell the fragrance of her blouse. I realized that I hadn't looked at this woman carefully for a long time. I realized she was not young any more. There were fine wrinkles on her face, her hair was graying! Our marriage had taken its toll on her. For a minute I wondered what I had done to her.

On the fourth day, when I lifted her up, I felt a sense of intimacy returning. This was the woman who had given ten years of her life to me.

On the fifth and sixth day, I realized that our sense of intimacy was growing again. I didn't tell Jane about this. It became easier to carry her as the month slipped by. Perhaps the everyday workout made me stronger.

She was choosing what to wear one morning. She tried on quite a few dresses but could not find a suitable one. Then she sighed, all my dresses have grown bigger. I suddenly realized that she had grown so thin, that was the reason why I could carry her more easily.

Suddenly it hit me... she had buried so much pain and bitterness in her heart. Subconsciously I reached out and touched her head.

Our son came in at the moment and said, Dad, it's time to carry mom out. To him, seeing his father carrying his mother out had become an essential part of his life. My wife gestured to our son to come closer and hugged him tightly. I turned my face away because I was afraid I might change my mind at this last minute. I then held her in my arms, walking from the bedroom, through the sitting room, to the hallway. Her hand surrounded my neck softly and naturally. I held her body tightly; it was just like our wedding day.

But her much lighter weight made me sad. On the last day, when I held her in my arms I could hardly move a step. Our son had gone to school. I held her tightly and said, I hadn't noticed that our life lacked intimacy.

I drove to office.... jumped out of the car swiftly without locking the door. I was afraid any delay would make me change my mind...I walked upstairs. Jane opened the door and I said to her, Sorry, Jane, I do not want the divorce anymore.

She looked at me, astonished, and then touched my forehead. Do you have a fever? She said. I moved her hand off my head. Sorry, Jane, I said, I won't divorce. My marriage life was boring probably because she and I didn't value the details of our lives, not because we didn't love each other anymore. Now I realize that since I carried her into my home on our wedding day I am supposed to hold her until death do us apart.

Jane seemed to suddenly wake up. She gave me a loud slap and then slammed the door and burst into tears. I walked downstairs and drove away.

At the floral shop on the way, I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my wife. The salesgirl asked me what to write on the card. I smiled and wrote, I'll carry you out every morning until death do us apart.

That evening I arrived home, flowers in my hands, a smile on my face, I run up stairs, only to find my wife in the bed - dead.
My wife had been fighting CANCER for months and I was so busy with Jane to even notice. She knew that she would die soon and she wanted to save me from the whatever negative reaction from our son, in case we push thru with the divorce.-- At least, in the eyes of our son--- I'm a loving husband....

The small details of your lives are what really matter in a relationship. It is not the mansion, the car, property, the money in the bank. These create an environment conducive for happiness but cannot give happiness in themselves. So find time to be your spouse's friend and do those little things for each other that build intimacy. Do have a real happy marriage!

If you don't share this, nothing will happen to you.

If you do, you just might save a marriage.

Live To Eat!

Yep that's me!

One of the greatest joy of life is to be able to eat! Don't you agree? So, people, stop starving yourselves!! Think of those who don't have the ability to eat, and who yearn to eat! Or those who are allergic to certain food!

So~ Me and Eve had been trying food here and there! After our jogging sessions so that we could have guiltless meals MUAHAHA!!

First stop was to Timbre - all time favourite!!!!

i LOVE the long island iced tea there!!
And their ownage pizza!!!
And wings!!! Looking at those make me crave for the food again!! (but not the alcohol cos i'm on a 2-months-no-alcohol-thingy) HAHAHA

Next is Tao's restaurant. Sort of like Dozo, but I think Dozo tastes better leh! And the price is around the same!! Next time we go try okies? hehe!!
Nice and refreshing tea! (Dozo's ones are better)
Cheese gratin thingy which tasted quite nice, although ours turned cold liao hahaha!!
After dinner, we went to Zouk Winebar to chill~ But we had to leave super early like... i think ard 10??? Cos we didn't reserve any seats hahaha!!
Ok our after-jogging-prata-session!! But this prata was super disappointing sia!! I forgot the name of the stall, but its at Thomson area. Super hard prata with (according to the prata expert eve) no taste
I forgot what's this called liao hahaha!!!
Oh!! Our buffet dinner at Kuishinbo!!! Eve busy extracting all the meat from the crab hehe!! And all I had to do was EAT! MUAAHAHHA!! And I ate quite alot siaaaa and I didn't have any allergy reaction to it!! WHHEEEEEE!!!!

Ok our latest find - Nanxiang Steamed Bun Restaurant. We were looking through places to eat on Ieat, and we saw this xiao long bao place which was not bad!
The Zha Jiang Mien, which didn't look really appetising, but tasted superb!!!
Their xiao long bao was really good too!!!! Can fight with crystal jade's!
Glutinous Siew Mai. Ok you can skip this dish totally
Fried dumpling.. YUMMY!!!
hehe!! Now I'm seriously hungry liaooooo!!!!
So our latest favourite place is City Square Mall!! I was surprised to find so many eateries there sia!! And its just a short drive away from our work place hehe!! Let's try the steamboat next time okies!!! :D

HAHA i know i know, i'm very slow in updating haha!! But my everyday is jam packed with activities and all~!! And uploading all these photos is a very slow and tedious process hahaha!!!

Australia Trip Part 1/?

YOOOOOGOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!

I'm BACK everyone!!! u can stop missing me already HAHAHAH!!!

Been away for 12 days to Australia. I know laa everyone said how come so short, but I think its more than enough liao haha I can't stay too long away from home one :P

The trip had, of course, been enjoyable, except for a few screwups and effups, but still, a good trip!!

So we boarded our Qantas flight on 7+pm on 11th of June, and I must say, its the first and last time I'm travelling on Qantas. The service sucks, the seats suck. Seriously, the service is CMI! And we had to spend 7 hours on the bloody plane!

So FINALLY we reached australia, and the weather was FREEZING!!!! And Kyeron was so funny we went from airport to airport and he didn't realise we're already in Australia, so he kept bugging his mom and saying "Mommy I want to go Sydney" LOL!! Had some problems at the Customs too, but thankfully we managed to reach our apartment safely. And the taxi fare in Sydney is dammnnnn expensive!!! Like a short 15-20min ride costed us $50+?!?! omg!! the meter just kept ticking n ticking every second LOL!!

After settling down, we went for breakfast at some dim sum place

I don't know why people keep complaining that there's nothing to do in Singapore. There's everything to do here!! Ya, sure, other countries are much bigger, but for everyday living, Singapore is still the best! You won't want to see natural mountains or big green plains everyday. You won't want to milk cows or ride ponies everyday. Anyways, no matter what you do, it's the company that counts! hahaha

So it's our hot date out again~!!! And this time I was equipped with my DSLR, point and shoot camera and my instant camera HAHAHA FULL GEAR!!!!

Went to watch Shrek 3, and it was great, just like the previous 2!! And I love children show, cos they always try to bring across a certain message! One of my favourite lines in the show is when Fiona told Shrek "You have a bunch of wonderful friends. You have a happy family. You have 3 beautiful children. You have a wife who loves you. Why are you the only one who can't see it?" (or something along that line LOL) And ya that's super true. Most of the time we are the only ones who don't see how blessed we are, while others look on our lives with envy. And the problem with us is that we always don't know what we've got until we lose it, or face losing it.

Looking at my own life, I have everything that I'll ever want.

I have great friends.

I have a caring family.

I have a bunch of very close cousins.

I have the best sister.

I have a boyfriend whom I love a lot.

I have the greatest dad.

I have the best mom who would sacrifice the whole world for me.

I never have to face my troubles alone.

I never have to eat alone.

I never have to laugh alone.

I'm never alone.

And it's all thanks to all these people around me.

If I don't cherish them now, 50 years later when I look back, I'll regret and feel all alone.

So, yup! :) A lot of thoughts in my head now, but I think there's no need to type them all out haha

Anyone been to this restaurant at Seng Poh Road called Fook Weng??

They're having this Shark's Fin soup promotion right now! Usual price of $68 but now its just $18!! For the month of May!! Okay I know May is ending soon haha! Thinking of going again!! Totally worth the $18 okay!! The shark's fins is gao4 gao4!!! Like I told everyone, the amount of shark's fins they used in 1 bowl is about the amount used to boil 2 full pots elsewhere haha!! PLUS! it comes with a FULL small abalone!!! How great is that for $18!!

Read this interesting little joke on the church bulletin, and I converted it into a qian bian wen da ti and asked Eve haha!! In the end she couldn't guess it, and our bet was a bowl of shark's fin soup!! In the end she also didn't treat me although she couldn't get it right lo!! So jian~!! HAHAHA!!

Anyway, it goes like this

Just came back from waigong's 1year death anniversary. I thought it would be quite a.. how to say, not that stifling atmosphere cos it's been 1 year. And it was, until waipo started crying and our mom followed. Somehow it just makes me want to cry. Not that I'm not sad too, just that I thought 1 year should be able to help heal part of the wound, fill up part of the gap waigong left.

Seems like humans are vulnerable when it comes to heart matters.

And i'm glad for it, if not what makes us different from a non-living thing? Or a goldfish with only 10 seconds of memory?

Hehe when we first reached there, we were thinking, how come salt is one of the ingredients! But actually its used to lower the ice's temperature or sth, so that it'll be cold enough to freeze the ice cream

How the hell did Liverpool lose to Chelsea?? Well I won't be surprised after the obvious, very well-timed pass from Gerrard to Drogba. And the shitty defence that led to the second goal. And the fact that they obviously wouldn't want Man U to get the Championship, cos that means Man U would've broken their Championship record.

And Man U would've won had it not been for the poorly judged, effing obvious offside goal that they counted as a goal during the match between Man U and Chelsea!!

Haha ok I think alot of people don't really watch soccer so I think the above statements won't make much sense to you haha! In fact, many guys that I know don't really watch soccer as well!! Still remember there was this idiot guy (can't really remember who), still tried to test me cos he didn't believe that girls watch soccer. So he was asking me "explain what's offside" - and my answer was so well that he insisted that I googled for the answer T.T

Yummmm!! And YUP! we ate the whole can HAHAHA can you imagine, every mouthful of noodles you get to stuff a piece of abalone into your mouth DAMN SHIOK
The way to eat : Soak a piece of abalone in the hot soup just about 20 seconds before eating it, so that its not cold but still retains the tanginess hehe!!

Like I was playing with the cute cute boy at my Nanny's house and he suddenly went "wa LIAO eh!!" and his pronunciation is so accurate!!

And Nang Nang too!! During our waigong's funeral, the people were burning incense paper and the big house, and Nang Nang asked what's it for, etc. So Ning told her its for waigong cos waigong went to heaven already. And Nang Nang went "no, waigong is in the box". Then we realised the "box" is actually referring to the coffin!!! ultimate ownage sia!!!!

Ok that was a random start cos the rest of the blog post has nothing to do with kids or what haha!!!

So it was... hot date day~!! Watched Date Night with eve haha super hilarious sia the show!!! Steve Carell totally rawks!!!! Then it was dinner at our favourite Sushi Tei haha!! Love going Sushi Tei with Eve cos we dun even need to think of what to eat!! We have our usual list of "favourites" haha!

Celebrated Eve's birthday at Brotzeit this year!

Lost count of how many times I've blogged on Brotzeit! I think at least.. twice??? And it still rocks!! Some places, its fantabulous one your first trip there, but somehow it gets disappointing when you go back again. But its not the case with Brotzeit~

Anyway, I'm not a fan of beer, but I must say, their lager is superb~!!!! Sadly, I kinda went seh after drinking the beer, and I still had to pretend that I was alright cos its too diu lian already!!

OMGGG how long has it been since I last blogged??? My PC crashed!!! As usual~ After spending duno how much, it STILL crashed!! Made me so sick of Windows hahaha although MAYBE it has nothing to do with Windows. Most prob is the hardware but stilll~~~ I wanted to get something new once and for all, and get a new OS cos I was still on XP!! And yepp~ After much much consideration (ok maybe not that much), I decided to go for MAC!!! So yep yep~ I'm back!!! Oh well at least when I'm gone, I still had someone qian bian to help me update my blog right? hahaha!!

Me, Jermy and his gay partner Mr Huang went to this restaurant called Kopitiam located at Swissotel. Yeah, Kopitiam, but the pricing is sooo not Kopitiam-ish!! Like one plate of Chilli Crab costs $55, one claypot of curry fish head costs $50??

Anyways, we went there cos I've got this $50 voucher! In the end, we ordered $130 worth of Kopitiam food LOOOL!!! Reminds me of the previous time where we went to Hai Tien Lo for a $30 voucher, and ended up spending $1000+ in the restaurant HAHAHAHA at least this time was not so bad!!
Effing LOVE the Kong Ba Pao I tell you!!! Ate every bit of it, fats and meat!! Yeahhh Kelly don't screw up your face!! Its damn nice looohhh!!!!

Jermy's favourite Kambing soup - damn disappointing lah don't even know what we're drinking!! And the bits of Kambing sucks too! I think any normal kopitiam's Malay stall's kambing soup beats this man!

Fried rice. Just see the color and you don't feel like eating.. All white except for 3 pathetic stalks of stale veggieChar Kway Teow also CMI!!!

Chilli crab - haha I can't comment much on this cos the last time I ate crab was... 10 years ago!?!? but I decided to give it a try since Jermy so kindly shelled the big Gong for me HEHE!! And it tastes good~!! Tender and juicy YUMMMM and what's more - I didn't get any rashes or allergic reaction after that!!! WOOHOOOO

Yups as you can see the plate in front of me is damn clean cos I didn't really eat a lot haha!! The guys had a hard time trying to finish up the food!!

After dinner, we went chilling at Helipad! Quite a nice and quiet place la with a good view haha!! Just that the toilet is located SUPER far off and we have to walk up and down the stairs and escalators to get to the toilet~!! And I dunno why, but alcohol makes me wanna pee like... A LOT! and within super short interval!! WHY SIA!?!? And I'm lovin gin tonic~!! Maybe its time to start on the 2 bottles of Bombay Sapphire currently sitting in my Dad's wine cabinet HAHAHA

Remember a few weeks back, I said I have an urge to cook??
Hehe FINALLY I get a chance to~~ That jian man Jermy said treat this as our V day dinner. Damn jian I tell you.. I did most of the cooking, and the ingredients all pay 50-50 lo seriously jian man. Cheap!!
And I told him I want steak, he still don't allow looo what kind of V day dinner is this!! I'm forced to eat what he dictates, cook what he wants, and pay for it!!!! JIIIIAAANNNN!!! TTM!!!!!!

Just making these 2 dishes sapped me of all my energy and I just wanted to laze on my sofa HAHAHAH oh welll I guess i'll just leave the cooking to the experts~ :P

Finallyyyy~~ My first time to Resorts World after its grand opening on.... erm.... ok whatever!

It was kind of a impromptu decision to go, cos I was only asked on that day to attend some dinner hahaha!! And it was THE day that I decided to dress slack to office!! SUAY TTM!!! I was actually hesitating cos of that HAHAHA but then.. Free dinner at Resorts World... OK lah!!! HAHAHA!!

In the car~!! My first time to Resorts World and its with an idiot!! Ok.. think of the free meal... free meal...

And the carpark has a FRIGGIN TRAM!!!! I think it would take ages to walk from one end of the carpark to the other sia!!!! And we parked right at the far end LOL!!!

And we were totally LOST!! So we asked the staff for directions, and he said, either walk through the casino to get to the hotel, or up the escalator through Universal Studios. Of course Universal Studios sounds more appealing lah!! So up we went~~

I was damn excited lahh!! Ok I duno what the hell I was excited about, but I just felt damn excited! Like sugar rush!!

Actually we were late for dinner but we just stopped everywhere and snapped!!! Not bad sia all these photos taken using my iPhone leh hahaha!!

It was a SUPER long walk to the hotel!!!!! Not that I minded the little tour lahhh hahaha!!

Food was great!!!!! Not a very wide variety but the quality is THERE!!! Ok sorry didn't take much photos of the food cos I was busy eating and acting shy hahaha!!!

Had a super nice Sunday with coussies~!! Felt like damn long that we never go out together liaoooo ehhh faster meet up lehhh!! I'm dying of boredom!!!! T.T

Went to watch Alice in Wonderland in 3D!! Wanted to take photo outside the theatre but we were stopped haha TECHNO!!

David looks like a PERVERT in 3D glasses lahhh HAHAHAHAH!!! Show was quite ok laaa but for some scenes, there wasn't much 3D effect lehhh!

After that, we played card games at KFC hahaha!! Our current favourite - LOOT!! Super jian game haha and Jermy just bought like.. 5 more new card games??? Hehehe!!

And these 2 guys suddenly came with a covered-up plate, and I really thought it was my forfeit cos we lost at Loot!!!! I thought it's some super disgusting dish that I'll have to eat lo!! So I looked around for Kelly and saw a bit of her walking over cos she was constantly being blocked by this waiter in front of her

Then suddenly, I saw that - a candle!!! Oh my tian!!! And we started singing Happy Birthday!!! Woohooo!!!! Wait - isn't my birthday in December!?!?!?

Hahhahahaha cool right?? Like 3 months after my birthday I'm still celebrating my birthday!!! hehehe!!!!

And it was my present!!! But they made me guess what it is by feeling it. I got it right the first time looo I said it was camera but they insisted that I was wrong!! Must be cos super diu lian that I got it right so fast hahaha!! Anyway I realise I'm really damn kok laaa like it was sooo obvious but I didn't suspect anything haha!! I think I did suspect something fishy was going on cos Kelly forgot to bring out my present and she insisted on driving back to her house cos she got "clothes to pass to me"! But you know me laaa.. think for 5 seconds then after that also forget about it liao hahaha!! Also didn't see them taking the suspicious paper bag from the car to dinner place hahaha!!!

TADAHHHHHH!!! MY BELATED BIRTHDAY PRESENT FROM MY LOVELY COUSSIES - INSTANT CAMERAAA~!! HEHEHEHEHE!!!! With Disney themed films!!! LOVE YOU PEEPS!! *MUUUUAAACCCKKKXXXXX!!!* I'm gonna buy alot lot lot lot of films!!!

The restaurant damn nice lah!!! Think they heard us singing birthday song and they gave us a complimentary cake for the birthday girl hahaha!! Also paiseh to tell them it was actually 3 months ago LOOOOLLL!!!

My usual tactic of sleeping it off didn't work..

But at least I didn't have to think about it for the few hours that i was sleeping.. And that few seconds after I woke up before I remembered why I felt so hollow.
Is this the kind of cycle that I have to live with?

Guys are such bastards. Look at the Jack Neo scandal. The one suffering the most would most probably be his wife. How is she supposed to react under great media attention. Miserable though she must have felt, she still have to be in control of herself to maintain her undeserving husband's image and reputation. Forced to say how she will always love and support him, because there is no other choice. Forced to forgive, though never forget, cos she's afraid that whatever she had worked towards, whatever she owns, will be lost to her forever. Forced to make that move, because she fears the unknown, fears that she'll make the wrong choice, regret it 20 years down the road, and live her life alone.

All the drama serials that we watch, all those extra-marital affairs, people normally scold and attack the woman who caused the breakup. Seldom do people blame the guy. Obviously the biggest problem lies with the guy, because if he had been loyal to his wife, none of this would have happened.

But no, no matter how women pray and hope, this is never going to happen. Guys are just not meant to be monogamous. Those who are, are, only because they're binded by the law. What can we do but pray....

but I guess this is just a type of prayer that God never answers.

Got my advanced anniversary present today!!!! Hehehe!!

Was walking around with Mommy and Jermy after dinner today, and saw this milky white jacket which I like~~!!! Like "ahhhh i waaannn!!!" Then mommy was trying to dissuade me from buying cos the thing costs 100bucks - which I think is quite a reasonable price LOL!!! But then Mom was quite determined in not letting me buy and she was like on her way out of the shop liao when the jacket was still on me HAHAH!! Then Jermy said "how about I get it for you as our advanced Anniversary present?" And my eyes sparkled!! So after deciding for a long time.... 5 seconds... i said "OKAY!!!! *GRIN GRIN GRIN*"

Heeheeee~!!! So I'm super happy~!! But like I told him, its to his advantage too cos he should know too well that its damn difficult to get a present for me hahaha so I'm helping him out okay!!

Sooo we parted, and I'm still in that WOOHOO~~ WEEE~~~~ YAYYY~~~~ HAPPY~~~~ mood and I texted him like

How was everyone's Valentine's Day???

This year was special!! Cos V Day and Chinese New Year falls on the same day!! I know! A lot of girls went "sian!!!! totally spoil my V day!!" But I think its quite cool what~! I mean, how often to you get such an occasion??? True, it sort of "spoiled" V day, as everyone needs to go around to bai nian. But it also is a chance for you to test if your man is a jerk!!

Ok several characteristics

1) If he goes "yay!! CNY clashes with V day!! Don't need to celebrate V day!!!" - he's a jerk.

2) If he goes "yay!! CNY clashes with V day!! Don't need to - (let me emphasise) - BUY V DAY PRESENT!!!" - HE'S A JERK.

3) If he says the above and DOES the above - he's a bloody jerk.

4) If he goes "Darling, everyday is Valentine's Day when I'm with you!" - he's a BLOODY LYING JERK.

Good thing my Jermy didn't do the above..... didn't do the above at the same time. Cos some how, when I was typing the above characteristics, they felt damn familiar!! Feels like that's what he told me before!!

On New Year Eve, after our reunion dinners, met up with Kelly, Jov and Ling for 14 blades and supper!! And I did the most kok thing ever!!! I booked the movie tickets for 4 persons online, showtime at 22:00... Then I sms-ed everyone and said "Movie at 11pm at Cine!" and went off to sleep. When we reached there, it felt weird cos there were no one standing at the entrance tearing our tickets. Then the staff saw us, checked our tickets, and told us that it was a 10pm show!! And that time was already like.. 11.10?? Even Kelly's charm didn't succeed in getting us a replacement ticket!! So we went to catch the later few parts of the show HAHAHA!! At least Jovene watched the first part before so she told us the entire story hahaha!!

Then we went TGIFriday for supper~~!!!

Yup, cook!!! Don't laugh yet!!
I know I know... those who've seen me cook will think this is an impossible feat for me! Someone who doesn't even remember to remove the seasoning packets from the instant noodles and just throw the packets together with the noodles into the boiling water!! Or the chao ta fried rice? Cooked maybe.. 2 cups of rice but only left with 1 cup in the end cos the rest got stuck onto the wok LOLS!!! Or that time when something I cooked (forgot what) burned so bad it destroyed my mom's wok and she had to throw it away after that HAHAHAHAHA

But I still got times when I was successful k!! Ok with the help of others HAHAHA!!!

But yup~ I just got this urge to cook!!

HELLO PEOPLE~!!! Today... Kelly and I went to... CUT OUR HAIR!!!!!
Yup! And Kelly really cut real short haha I think it was like... 4 inches snipped off??
Mine... Not much diff just that I cut my fringe, and trimmed the length of my hair~

Ate and shopped, and FINALLY we bought a dress!!!!! After the whole of tuesday where we totally didn't manage to buy anything, and the whole of today!! Just when we were about to give up, we saw this flowery dress that we decided that all of us can wear for our CNY uniform hehehe!!

Ok so~ we went back to St James to finish up our bottle of Chivas (finally), and I got seriously nagged at by my mom loh!! Like how often do I go clubbing sia!?!? And I think there're just too many myths and misunderstandings about clubbing liao~!! They always think that everyone else that goes to club are all wolves or something! Seriously diaoossss loohh!! I bet the moms of the other people in the club who went also thought the same thing of us HAHAHA!!

Our unfinished Chivas and a dozen of E33. We didn't know beer will turn sour if not drank immediately sia!! Cos we opened it and waited for ling to come, and the first sip was damn sour lahhh~!!!

FROM EATING!!!!

Why am I eating so much when I can't afford to!?!?!
I think my appetite has increased since December!!!!
Just today, I had breakfast with fattening egg mayo - extra mayo cos it makes it nicer, then when I reached office, someone treated me to yummy toasted ham and cheese sandwich!! For lunch, again another person treated me to yummy Aston's beef burger with extra mashed potato, and then we had Chocolate almond waffle!! After that, someone else treated me to nice and creamy coffee!! Reached home and ate chocolate, then had dinner where I ate more than usual!!!

It's Mimi's birthday~!!

And I must say something damn damn sian..... I accidentally deleted all the photos we took on my cam!!!!! I'm like damn sian now ok. damn. don't talk to me about it.

Ok so, sorry to disappoint but this is gonna be a wordy post since I don't have photos to speak for me!

Right sooo~~ I told jermy that its gonna be just the 2 of us, but actually we've already planned a surprise for him!! So Kelly, Ling and I went to Giant early in the morning to get all picnic stuffs~ After that, we went to west coast park and the 2 girls plus David helped me pitch the tent while I drove off to fetch the birthday boy~ hahaha really must thank them laaaa cos its hard work pitching tent!! And its super hot~ Hehe love you babies~

So Jermy and I reached west coast park and I started leading him towards the tent area which was like quite far away.

Jermy: "Where are you walking to?"
Me: "further in! must have the picnic feel!"
Jermy: "Why not we settle down at this shelter here?"
Me: (trying to keep a casual tone) "no la! must sit down on the grass then got the picnic feel!!"
**finally saw our tent
Me: "eh lets go to the shelter over there!"
**while Jermy was unpacking the stuffs, I sneaked nearer to the tent
Me: (shouting over) "eh we sit have picnic here leh!"

**after luring the birthday boy over, I didn't know what to do cos I expected them to jump out of the tent immediately but no~~ So I decided to call David
Me: "hello?"

that kokster said his HELLO so loudly we could hear it from outside!!!!!!!
Then Jermy started laughing and I knew it was GONE CASE!!!!
So yaa.... then they started unzipping the tent slowly but seriously I could hear the zip and all hahaha!!!!

Oh wells, I didn't really expect the surprise to go smoothly too hahahahaha cos we're bad actors!!! Anyway, Jermy said he knew it wasn't just us when I told him to bring board games liao LOLS!!!

Yup~ Had super filling picnic, and super hot afternoon in the tent playing the new board games!

Then another round of surprise at night!!!

The 3 of us told Jermy that we wanted to go Kelly's hse for bath when we actually went to buy Domino's Pizza and go over to Jermy's house first to install his bday present - DJ HERO!!! But we too kok liao cos we totally didn't know how to operate his super complicated, interconnected system hahahaha!! But at least the surprise at night went well~!! hehehe!!

And this Jermy-kok actually thought the DJ hero was Lucas's!!!!! When we were packing up to go home, I was still wondering how come he kept the DJ hero back into the box. Then he put it back into the plastic bag and gave it to Lucas like LOL!!!!!!!!!! When we told him its his birthday present, his face lit up instantly!! HAHAHAHAH!! damn funny laaaa like.... HELLO SO OBVIOUS ITS YOUR BIRTHDAY PRESENT!!!!!

Hehehe!! Although we've been talking about it since November, we still put off this Sentosa trip till only recently!!

On the day before our Sentosa trip, Ling and I went to buy our BIKINI!!!! And I must say, thinking back, it was damn amusing!! Firstly, we spent like 1 hour looking for Havaianas haha!! Like we'll stand at the rack that sells Ling's size and go "which one ah? hmm... ok let's go and look at yours first" then we'll go to the rack that sells my size and repeat the same thing "hmm.... don't know leh.... eh let's go look at urs first" hahahaha!!! And we walked to and fro at least 10 times can!! Until the shop assistant didn't want to bother with us HAHAHA!! Then the real fun part comes when we go far east plaza to shop for bikini HAHAHA!! Cos I'm a super indecisive person, and even more so when I have no idea what I want haha!!! Like we walked into the shop and there's like this wide array of bikini to look from, different pattern, different design, and i had ABSOLUTELY NO IDEA what to LOOK FOR, let alone buy!!! So I just stood there and.... *blank out* hahaha!! Still remember the look of utter exasperation on Ling's face hahaha!! And we walked from shop to shop, then finally back tracking to the first shop that we entered, and decided to just try first. So~~ yeahhh tried on a few pieces that Ling picked out HAHAHA!! and we spent like 1 hr+ in the shop hahaha i think the shop auntie must think that we're mad haha!! And damn irritating hahaha!!! Cos we MUST try every piece with push up paddings, then she had to keep putting on and taking out the paddings for us to try HAHA!! So~ after trying, I can only conclude that our left B**bs got problem HAHAHAHA!!!!!

Soooo~!!! Yup!!! It was the next day!!!!

Had a super filling lunch at Marche, which was a WRONG MOVE!!! Cos it means we'll have bulging tummy later HAHAHAHA DAMNZZ!!!

The few of us went first cos the rest had school and bla bla~

Settled down at WaveHouse and ordered Ice Cold Heineken!!!

And Ning is back in Australia liaooo~!!! sighh~!! We intended to surprise her at the airport when she checked in at 5am haha!! So the rest of us met at 1230am for supper at Bedok 85~!! The plan was to play LAN after that, but the lan shop was full!! So the idiot guys suggested going to Old Changi Hospital T.T and we drove up there. Like I was the only scared one in the car can!!! KNS!! Thank goodness the gate was locked so we could only look in from outside. Then we went to see ah-gua, then Lucas told us of this old Japanese school which was apparently haunted too. Ya as you know, my objections weren't taken into account at all. And I can tell you, even the road up to the school was damn scary!! The street lamps weren't working at all!! So it was like pitch dark for the few hundred metres up, and Jermy had to on the high beam and drive damn slowly... When we reached the front of the school, we saw this car there, with 3 malay guys inside. At first we didn't pay much attention to them, although Jovene said they tried scaring us with their torchlights. Then when we turned into this small path, they deliberately drove in behind us, so that our way out was blocked. And they were laughing away like damned idiots in their cars. Then they came out of their cars, and walked like some damn brave people up the driveway to leading to the school, not realising that their only source of light is the high beam from my xiaobai and their pathetic little torchlights. So we turned off our high beam, and they immediately came scattering back. LOSERS!!!

And yea after that drove down to the famous red house. By then I already know that no matter what I say already no use liao haiii~!!! But still, looking into the house already gave me the goosebumps loh!! At least they didn't say want to climb over the gate or something I think I'll run off hahaha!!

Sooo~!!! Yep!! Reached the airport around 5am and we saw Ning at the check in counter haha!!! I bet Ning didn't notice this crazy group of people who kept scampering around behind her hahaha!!! Finally she went into the toilet and we camped outside the toilet to surprise her!! hahaha!! But so disappointed, thought can spend at least half an hour with her after she checks in, but while we were on our way to the cafe, we saw this "Last Call" sign for her flight T.T sighhh!!!!! So yupp~ Nvm look forward to June okay!! Then we'll come back together HEHEHE!!

Hehe so... everyone's writing their thoughts on 2009, 2010. Let me write something too~

2009 was..... FUN and COOL!!! It was a year of extremities! extreme fun, extreme laughter, extreme happiness, also, extreme heartbreak, extreme fear. There were times when I laughed till I can't breathe, there were times when I experienced a heart burn so strong I literally felt the heart ache. There were times I had dreams so sweet I woke up smiling, there were times I woke up crying. But I'm thankful for the people in my life! :) everytime i fall down, there'll be someone to pick me up. In whatever small or big ways, I'm thankful for it, and I'll never forget!

For 2010....... I just wish that everything will remain constant in my life.. And nopes! I'm not gonna write a resolution list lest I get bombarded like Kelly Soh HAHAHAHA!!!
