Made Pandan Cake today!!!!! Why pandan cake? why not chocolate cake, tiramisu, bla bla... Okay cos reason being - I LOVE PANDAN CAKES!! And Eve loves them too~! And I grew up eating my nanny's fabulicious pandan cake hahaha!!



Sooo... today, I'm gonna give it a try after getting the recipe from my nanny!!

Step 1 - WASH THE PANDAN LEAVES

dry them one by one using a cloth

pound them into bits

squeeze the bloody juice out of them

And there you go - 1 hour of tiring hard work and you get.... 10 DROPS OF EFFING PANDAN JUICE!!!! Can't believe its so damn tiring lo!! Like just the pandan portion of it is enough to kill me!!!!!

Now on to the cake haha!!

First, separate the yolks from the whites. And I SUCKED at it, cos my yolks keep bursting!!

Beat for half an hour

Ya damn long process

Then the egg white again- another half an hour. All these while I had my trusted buddy - iPod shuffle to keep me company HAHAHA!!

Mix the ingredients all in

I KNOW its gonna be YUMMEH~!!! Now its still in the cooling down process so~ people at waipo house tmr will be IN FOR A TREAT!!!! MUAHAHAHAHA!!!

Supposed to go to Kelly's house today but in the end.... it was cancelled BOOHOO~ So... the few of us decided to go shoppang at Orchard~!



Just reached Orchard and I started complaining that I'm hungry haha!! Like didn't even have a chance to shop yet!!!



So the rest of them accompanied me to TCC~!!

And of course I consulted the pro-kia-kia what dessert and drink is nice HAHAHA!!

Her HIGHLY RECOMMENDED drink - Some nutella milkshake hahaha!! Ok la it was really nice~!! Next time when u prepare it for us make sure got this kind of standard one hor~!

Then..... it was night time~ And the decos along Orchard Road came to life!!!

At first I asked mommies they all to take photo with the decos... Then they kept refusing like "BU YAO LA!!! BU YAO LA!!!" So after that I just pulled mommy and took a photo with her.....

Thought maybe I should start on the new show "Vampire Diaries" but I'm scared!!!

Then can't even pump petrol cos my tank is still full, and can't even wash the car cos after my super duper nice brother helped me polish and respray to remove the key line, its now *SPARKLING SPARKLING* clean!!! Even the 2 koksters had difficulty identifying my car in the carpark yesterday cos they said its impossible my car can be so white HAHAHA!!!!

Sigh.... Good loh... So I'm gonna spend a super fine Sunday rotting at home!!! And its the first time it didn't rain after like 30 consecutive days of rainy days!!!! WTH!!!!
